ZSM-5 Full Name | HZSM-5 Catalyst Full Form

The ZSM-5 full name is Zeolite Socony Mobil-5. It has a framework type MFI. It is an aluminosilicate and belongs to pentasil family of zeolites. The ZSM-5 catalysts are commercially available in the form of ammonia ZSM-5 or protonated HZSM-5 with different Si/Al ratios.

The chemical formula of this zeolite is Na_nAl_nSi_96-nO₁₉₂16H₂O.
